Rewards. Can I pledge for more than one reward level?
Unfortunately, Indiegogo doesn’t allow pledges for more than one reward. However if you want multiple items, you can add them via the add-on feature. After the campaign finishes, we will send out a survey where you can purchase additional items from our range.

Rewards. How can I add additional Orbitkey ID Card Holders?
To add an additional Orbitkey ID Card Holder you simply need to add them through the add-on feature on Indiegogo.
And at the end of the campaign, we will send every backer a survey. In this survey, you will be able to select the colour(s) of your reward. You will also have the chance to add extra items that are not in the Add-On Menu.

You don’t have to do anything other than choose a reward for now. At the end of the campaign, we will send every backer a survey where you will be able to add on any additional Orbitkey product(s) you want that is not available on the Add-On menu. Yes. The Orbitkey Card Holder and Orbitkey Card Holder Pro can be clipped onto a swivel hook/clip and standard key ring which covers the big majority of 3rd party lanyard attachments.

The ID Card Holder Pro offers a few extra space and functionalities, ideal for those who require more in their day-to-day, such as: Extra card pocket with RFID protection for your public transport card, credit cards, apartment keys, or anything else. A central cavity to store bulkier items such as coins, keys or bills. The ability to still scan the card in the primary pocket Landscape mode for those who have landscape ID card orientation.

Product. What is the meaning of interference-free scanning?
When multiple contactless cards are put close together, the scanners will have difficulties in scanning the intended card because the signal from the other cards are interfering.
The ID Card Holder Pro uses a combination of signal blocking material and clever card arrangement to solve this issue, allowing you to scan the main contactless card in the primary pocket without interference from the ones in the secondary pocket.

The retractor can be extended to up to 90cm and using it with the Orbitkey lanyard will add an extra 40cm to the overall reach length.

Unfortunately the Orbitkey Lanyard does not allow for direct mounting to the Key Organiser.

Product. Is it compatible with the Clip V2?
The Orbitkey Card Holder System comes with a retractor to allow for effortless scanning experience and allow you to visually protect your ID card when out in public places. However if you choose so, you can detach the card holder from the retractor and use them with your Clip V2 through the D-Ring.

Australia: All Australian orders will be shipped directly from our office in Melbourne via Australia Post. United States and Canada: All United States and Canada orders will be shipped from our fulfilment centre in Utah. All orders will be shipped with tracking Europe: Shipped from our Netherlands fulfillment centre. All orders will be shipped with tracking. International: Orders outside of Australia, the US, Canada, and EU will be sent from our Hong Kong fulfilment centre.

Return. What is your return / refund policy?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or returns on items received as Indiegogo rewards. The items you receive after making a pledge is not a purchase but are referred to as ‘rewards’. The item is more of a gift to you as a sign of our appreciation to you for supporting our campaign and business. If the item(s) you received is faulty, we are more than happy to send a replacement item/part, and we do have a two year warranty on all our products.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
